Successful events can and should be fun ( otherwise trust me we wouldn't have done it for 25 years.... ) but events can also mean make or break when it comes to impressing the boss, the conference delegate, the new family, friends and colleagues, the corporate client, the exhibitor or the ticket holders. And events can be tricky to stage and manage.
The only way to make them truly successful is to meticulously plan every step and every possibility and then wait for the unexpected and deal with it as professionally and as quickly as possible......
If you already know what a CAD design is, know what walk in music is or a speaker prep room, or how to roll a round table or how to set the inside price or can read a consumption report, write a critical path or send out a media release and brief a catering team then maybe you just need us an extra pair of hands, ears and eyes to get it over the line.
